To figure out what size you need simply measure around your flaccid (SOFT TO SLIGHTLY CHUBBY) penis at the root with a tailor style tape measure and compare to the chart below.

Note: The root ring should fit without being overly tight, as we obviously don't want it blocking circulation. In each of the size ranges below, several choices of fit are provided so that you can match your selecttion to your own personal preferences for snugness. The most common application of this device is for flaccid stretching under clothes, but if you plan to use the gear for erect workouts such as erect Kegels exercises, you may require two different sizes.

Note: sizes below shown with * are 8th inch half sizes, to select these sizes choose the closest quarter inch size. Once you place it in your cart there will be an option to make it half size tighter.
