If a regular Jelqing Ring can be said to have a pressure measurement of 1 J-Force a dura-gage will have a pressure rating of 1.5 J-Forces.
Magnum Dura-gage rings have the same thicker band with an inside diameter that is elliptical and more relaxed. These can be thought of as being either roomier Penis Jelqing Rings or tighter Cock And Balls Jelqing Rings. They are an excellent middle ground between the two.

The rings are capable of both auto-jelqing, semi-clamping and fully clamping the male organ.
